How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from our Canadian warehouse. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a tracking link to follow every step until it arrives.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. All transactions are securely processed.

What is your return policy?

Orders placed during our Final Sale are still covered by our 100-day return policy. We’ll continue processing returns and exchanges until our official closing date. For full details, visit our Returns & Refunds page.

Will items be restocked?

No. All remaining products are part of our final inventory. Once a style sells out, it will not return.

When will my order ship?

All orders are shipped within 1–3 business days. We’re ensuring every order is fulfilled safely before we close.

Are you really closing?

Yes. CleoCain is closing this chapter to make room for something new in the future. This Final Sale is our way to thank everyone who’s been part of the journey.

The Final Sale will continue until all remaining stock is sold. Availability changes daily — once an item is gone, it’s gone for good.
